Our family of teens loved exploring the nearby mall, where we found plenty of dining options and shops. The location was perfect for hopping on and off the metro, making it easy to visit the stunning Dubai Fountain show. The staff were accommodating during our stay.

My wife says that the bathrooms need serious cleaning improvements.

The location is definitely a highlight, close to shops and the metro. While the room was spacious, the housekeeping left much to be desired with dirty towels and linens. The service at times was lacking and internet access was practically non-existent. It's an excellent tack for budget travelers needing city access but expect some quirks.

The location was pretty convenient close to a metro station and malls so I could save on taxi costs. Plus the staff were friendly and offered some awesome tour packages at the reception which I enjoyed during my stay.

This hotel was just a great fit for an overnight stay in Dubai with great value-to-price ratio. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety, and it was served timely. Make sure to get your WiFi username from the reception upon check-in.

I found a decent spot near Union Station. The metro convenience can’t be beaten. it’s right around the corner. My room featured a flat-screen TV, which was nice, although it didn’t work during my stay. I had to deal with that inconvenience for a while. The fridge helped keep my drinks cold. I enjoyed the pool area, a perfect place to unwind after a hot day exploring. One thing I didn't like was the breakfast options—they could improve on the variety. Wish there were more towels in the bathroom too. Overall, an okay experience but definitely room for upgrades.

Several issues popped up during the stay, like dated furniture and occasional cleanliness quirks, such as hair found on the floors and unkempt pillows. The lack of complimentary water in the rooms stood out, with high prices for bottled water, and the TV offered limited channels, which may feel lacking for those used to variety in entertainment options.

I stayed for 5 nights in a Standard Double Room. The Wi-Fi was excellent for my work needs. Staff was very helpful, especially Mr Ali at the counter. The bed was clean and the room was tidied up daily. A great experience overall! 😊

Free parking and outdoor pool were great, but the wi-fi barely worked.

Had a fantastic trip with friends! We loved staying in a spacious double room. The location was perfect, close to the Union metro station. We explored the Dubai Fountain show and enjoyed a yacht charter around the Palm Islands. Definitely book this spot for your group getaway!

Had a minor issue with one front desk staff member who was a bit rude when we needed help late at night. It added some stress after a fun day, so I hope they improve on customer service.
