Our family of teens loved exploring the nearby mall, where we found plenty of dining options and shops. The location was perfect for hopping on and off the metro. The staff were accommodating .
My wife says that the bathrooms need serious cleaning improvements.

All in all - had an unforgettable 6 night stay. The standard double room was stylish and big size with a big curved window, thr temperature and double bathroom. Everywhere there was clean, the staff were superbly friendly people at reception desk. The location of the property was particularly good and absolutely perfect, in Ahlan restaurant. And it was also really close to Al Ghurair Mosque, shopping malls and metro station close and supermarkets, restaurants and metro.

Clean hotel, liked to be short walk to Union station as well as lots of restaurants thanks to comfy and incredible location. Very comfy beds, climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fridge in the room.

the good, the bad, and the unexpected
The location is definitely a highlight, close to shops and the metro. While the room was spacious, the housekeeping left much to be desired with dirty towels and linens. The service at times was lacking and internet access was practically non-existent. It's an excellent tack for budget travelers needing city access but expect some quirks.

The location was pretty convenient close to a metro station and malls so I could save on taxi costs. Plus the staff were friendly and offered some awesome tour packages at the reception which I enjoyed .
Not cheap but decent value for what you get.

The location was handy to Dubai Creek and the old souks. Our hotel room was quite spacious and the breakfast was adequate. The staff were helpful.
